Ingredients (all Certified Organic, Certified Kosher, and Fair Trade): Cleavers (Galium aparine), Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), Chickweed (Stellaria media), Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre), Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica).
Directions: Pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of tea. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. Enjoy one to two cups daily. 
Storage: After opening, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place.
