The Organic Sunshine Tea is a specially formulated botanical blend meant to uplift the spirit. Traditionally, chamomile has been used for centuries and has been historically considered a sacred herb by many cultures. It was highly valued by the Egyptians, Romans, Saxons, Europeans, and Greeks for its beneficial properties. Although it has many benefits, it is added to this blend for its uplifting and calming properties. Oatstraw preparations have been used traditionally in Europe since the Middle Ages for its nutritional benefits and soothing properties. Hildegard of Bingen, a nun and herbalist born in 1098 C.E. in present-day Germany, considered oats to be one of a few of her favorite ‘happiness’ herbs.*

Tasting Notes

All Certified Organic, Certified Kosher, and Fair trade Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Oatsraw (Avena sativa)

Directions: Pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of tea. Let steep for 5-10 minutes and enjoy! Each teaspoon can be steeped twice!

Storage: Store in an airtight container once opened in a cool dry dark location.
